How are sales tracked?
Sales are tracked through our merchant service provider and Omtat Corporation payment CRM. You receive credit for all sales processed successful with your associate Id# linked to the order.
When do I get paid?
Approved commissions are paid monthly once the minimum payout threshold has been met. Though, no ID is required to complete the initial affiliate program application, to process your affiliate payout, you must submit a valid ID & taxpayer identification number (such as an SSN, EIN, or national tax ID). We need this documentation to remain compliant with tax regulations and to issue your earnings, ensuring your account remains in good standing.
What happens if a customer requests a refund?
Refunded, canceled, or fraudulent transactions do not qualify for commission.
Can businesses join?
